Add your meals for the week in the table. Each meal is composed of one or more dishes. You can select an existing dish or add one on the fly. Newly created dishes will show up as an action item until you’ve entered the ingredients. Likewise, newly added ingredients will show up as an action item until you’ve entered their categories.
The ingredients in the dishes in the meal plan are automatically added to the . While dishes and ingredients are used over and over, a meal is only used once. Once you’ve eaten the meal click the Eat button to mark it off. It will show up in your in case you want to refer back to it. 💡 Tip: On mobile, swipe right on a row to access the buttons.
